With +15 years’ experience, Nisha specializes in investor communications and shareholder engagement in the resources sector. Notably, she served as Vice President Investor Relations for a TSX listed issuer, during which time she worked to regain reputation, bridge the gap between the company and its stakeholders, and implemented best practices. This included her involvement in the Mining Association of Canada roundtables providing an investor relations perspective. Over the years, Nisha has led the investor relations efforts for over 25 issuers and has facilitated complex M&A transactions, over $200 million in financings, and multiple IPOs.

Nisha is a Board Member of the Down Syndrome Association of Toronto and a frequent public speaker. She previously served on the board of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (Ontario Chapter).

Beverly has a diverse background in investor relations, capital markets, and strategic communications, with experience supporting clients across various sectors, including life sciences and finance. She has worked with both private and public organizations, assisting with investor communications, stakeholder engagement, and market positioning. Prior to joining Momentum IR, Beverly gained experience in investment research, corporate solutions, and global communications strategies through roles at leading financial institutions and research firms.

Rachel Mu Investor Relations Coordinator

Rachel has a strong background in CRM systems, data management, and digital marketing, with experience supporting organizations across the nonprofit and financial sectors. She has led CRM development, AI-driven automation, and macroeconomic research projects, and is skilled in content creation, stakeholder engagement, and data-informed strategy. Prior to joining Momentum IR, Rachel held roles at Jake’s House and BMO, where she focused on leveraging technology to optimize communications and engagement.
